Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is just 45 minutes from Los Olivos. While there are no direct flights from NYC or London, SBA has nonstop service to 12 major U.S. hubs, making connections simple. You can also fly into LAX and either rent a car or hop on the train to Santa Barbara.

By Train

The Amtrak Pacific Surfliner runs from LA’s Union Station to Santa Barbara with beautiful ocean views. From the Santa Barbara State Street Station, it’s about a 45-minute Uber to Los Olivos. Train tickets start at $31.

By Car

Driving from LA to Los Olivos takes about 2.5 hours via US-101, or just over 3 hours on the scenic Pacific Coast Highway.

HOTELS

If you don’t see availability for May, it’s likely because the hotel hasn’t yet opened online bookings. The Santa Ynez Valley is home to many charming, independently run inns, and calling directly is often the best way to reserve.

Please note that shuttles will pick up only from hotel areas, and all guests are required to take the shuttle to the venue due to limited onsite parking. While there are lovely rental homes and Airbnbs nearby, we recommend keeping this in mind when selecting your accommodations.
